I want to write and thank you on behalf of the entire B Family for your outstanding rehabilitation facility and clinical team. The staff at every level exceeded our expectations , the customer service was just remarkable… on par with the “Ritz Carlton”…. It was a Guest experience with a Clinical focus. Our mother is progressing with her home care program and has recently gone back to the dining room and has begun to sing your praises with her friends here at Chester Village West.
I know for a fact that they are impressed, since I was stopped in the hallway the other afternoon and told that, based on my mother’s recommendation; they had already moved their sister to the Guilford House. I will stop by next week to pick up the outstanding items from Mom’s room. Enclosed please find the balance on her private room and a check for the staff Holiday Celebration as a token of our mother’s appreciation for an incredible firsthand experience of your service.
In closing we certainly hope she will not need additional inpatient services… but you can count on her returning to the Guilford house should the need arise. We are wishing you and your family along with your outstanding team a joyful healthy Holiday Season.
